How we can help
When you get in touch with Safety Assistance, you will speak with a qualified health and safety professional not a call handler or account manager. We will take the time to understand your business, ask the right questions, and give you a clear picture of what support might look like before you commit to anything.
There is no obligation and no hard sell. Our aim is to make sure any support we offer is genuinely useful for your organisation, whether that is a one-off piece of work or ongoing retained advice.
We cover the whole of the UK and handle enquiries promptly during business hours. If you send a message or leave a voicemail, you can expect a call back within a couple of hours on working days.

What happens after I send an enquiry?
A member of the team will call you back within a couple of hours during business hours. The call is informal we will ask a few questions about your business and what you are looking for, and give you a clear idea of how we might be able to help. There is no obligation to proceed.
Do you work with businesses outside Liverpool?
Yes. Our office is in Liverpool but we work with businesses across the whole of the UK. Many of our services can be delivered remotely, and where a site visit is needed our team can travel nationwide.
What size of business do you work with?
We work with businesses of all sizes, from small teams through to larger organisations with multiple sites, contractors and complex operations. If you have meaningful health and safety risk and want practical support to manage it properly, we are likely to be a good fit.
Is there a minimum contract length for consultancy services?
For retained consultancy services, the minimum commitment is 12 months. This gives us the time to understand your business properly and deliver meaningful, lasting improvements rather than a quick fix. We will always explain what is included before you sign anything.
Can I get help urgently?
If you have an urgent health and safety matter, call us on 0333 335 5187 during business hours and we will do our best to help straight away. For existing clients, an out-of-hours emergency contact number is provided as part of your service so you can reach us when it matters most.
