Safety Mate® is not just a tool for the H&S manager’s desk. Supervisors, contractors and frontline workers can use it on site through the iOS and Android mobile app, without needing to be back at a computer.
The mobile app lets workers report incidents, complete inspections, view and sign safety documents, and scan equipment QR codes. It also works offline, so teams in areas with poor signal can still complete their work and sync it later.
AI-assisted features are available to help draft risk assessments, policies and other documents more quickly. These features produce a draft a competent person can review and approve the output before it is used. The AI is a tool to save time, not a replacement for professional judgement.

Can employees use Safety Mate® on their phones?
Yes. Safety Mate® has an iOS and Android mobile app. Employees are provisioned by their employer and can then use the app to report incidents, complete inspections, sign documents and carry out equipment checks. The app works offline and syncs when a connection is available.
Do we need to be a Safety Assistance consultancy client to use Safety Mate®?
No. Safety Mate® is available as a standalone product to any organisation, whether or not you use Safety Assistance for consultancy services. That said, many clients find it works well alongside consultancy support, particularly during initial setup and configuration.
Is Safety Mate® secure?
